What Happens Next
1 – Look for MakoRX Complete Care card in the mail and in your email. This is your plan administrator.
2 – Set up an account with First Stop Health. This is your telemedicine provider.

How does First Stop Health work?
1 – Set up your account with First Stop Health.
2 – Choose the pharmacy you want to use before you call.
3 – The FSH doctors will not know the details of your prescription coverage. If your doctor is writing you a prescription, ask them to review the list to choose a $0 medication if possible.

The RoadieDocRX Plan includes over 300 medications for $0 cost (if you fill your medications at a participating pharmacy), 24/7 Virtual Urgent Care, and appointment based Virtual Mental Health.

Any medication not on the $0 list, will be the cost-plus price paid at the pharmacy.

Virtual urgent care is available 24/7 via phone or video chat. Use this service for: sore throat, fever, cough, ear ache, toothache, muscle/joint pain, UTI, sinus infections and prescription refills. Virtual Urgent Care does not prescribe or refill controlled medications.

This plan is month to month and can be cancelled when you are on tour outside the US or no longer need to participate.

You can enroll anyone you want, dependents, spouses, children or partners. The family plan is only $55 total per month regardless of how many additional family members you enroll. Please select the “RoadieDocRx plan option and if you enroll any dependents, the price will automatically adjust from $45 to $55 per month.

Before you start your virtual urgent care visit tell them your preferred local pharmacy by using the pharmacy locater.

Virtual mental health support: licensed therapists who have been briefed on the specific stressors affecting life on the road are available by appointment. Set up a relationship with a therapist and continue with them throughout the duration of your treatment. The therapists are not psychiatrists so they cannot prescribe medication.

There is no cost for the virtual urgent care or mental health visits.

Please note the no cost medications are limited to $480 per year per person and if that limit is reached, all medications are priced at the cost-plus rate paid at the pharmacy for the remainder of the year.
