Ultimate Ears started on a Van Halen tour in 1995, developing the first in-ear monitor to help Alex Van Halen’s performance by protecting his hearing. Since then, they have blazed a trail, changing tour life for musicians and roadies alike along the way. As a company started by roadies, Ultimate Ears take our work to heart and have been a trusted partner since 2021.

Ultimate Ears has supported TRC through donating 10% of the proceeds from sales of their flagship UE Lives from the month of October 2021. They also continue to support roadies directly by donating in-ear monitors to roadies in need who cannot afford them due to lingering effects from the pandemic, donating 6 pairs to-date with a commitment for 2 pairs per quarter.
